Introduction to Rugby

Rugby Kentucky is committed to helping develop and grow the sport of rugby throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky. 

In order to achieve this goal we have partnered with Imagine Rugby and are able to offer starter packs for schools, clubs and community projects that want to start a rugby program. Through the Imagine Rugby program we can offer coaching support, through pre-made lesson plans and games (see the videos below for examples). We are also able to offer starter equipment packs which include - a bag, balls, flag belts and all the coaching resources. 

We will also be happy to support you through starting this program with professional development sessions, where coaches can learn how to use the materials and have confidence in delivering the sessions and growing youth players skills.
